AIA Illinois’ ArchiPages Directory has changed over the last year and a half and we have been working hard to make your firm’s ArchiPages 2011 process as easy and seamless as possible. For the first time, there will be an online directory as well as a print directory. To be included in both, your firm’s information will be collected via an online survey. There will no longer be a mailed survey to complete for inclusion in ArchiPages.
Email notices from Naylor, LLC – the new publisher of ArchiPages – with an invitation to complete the online survey and log-in information have been sent. If you did not receive an email, this is likely due to your SPAM filter. The link will also be available on the AIA Illinois, AIA Chicago and AIA Northeast chapter websites. This same form may also be used throughout the year to update your firm’s information in the online directory.
The form only needs to be filled out if you are the owner or principal of a firm or the firm’s designated representative. As in prior years, individual members will be listed in the back of ArchiPages.
In order to submit a Firm listing for ArchiPages, the following will be required:
a) The firm’s principal or owner must be a licensed architect
b) The above mentioned licensed architect must be a current 2011 AIA member
c) The firm in question must be registered with the State of Illinois as a Professional Design Firm. You will need to supply your Firm Registration Number or Sole Proprietorship Number.

Be sure to keep the usename and password information for your records.
Please complete the survey by August 12th to ensure your firm’s inclusion in the printed ArchiPages.
Firms not qualifying under the Illinois Architecture Practice Act’s Professional Design Firm registration requirements may be included in the professional service listing under the appropriate category of service.
